  My experience ended even before it started! I scheduled a time to bring in my daughter 1st birthday dress. We were going to discuss what change could be made to it etc... I opened the door to her shop and before I could even say hello she was yelling...do you have an appointment very loudly and rudely. I said yes, we spoke on the phone. She was like...Oh yeah yeah I remember. I went ahead and tried to explain what I wanted but she kept interrupting me and talking to me as if I was 5 years old. She kept saying I will need to take the whole dress apart...how much do you want to spend? How much do you want to spend. I told her that I wanted a quote from her as she was the expert. Money really wasn't an issue for me as I would have spent anything. BUT she acted like I had no money or something. It was quite ridiculous!!! When I told her that I did not appreciate the way she was talking to me she said.....OK nice to see you have a good day...OK nice to see you have a good day...over and over!! Be advised that this shop is in no way a PROFESSIONAL shop!! It is NOTHING like in the picture she uses on her webpage! I would prefer to take this dress to the tailor in the cleaners down the street than to her! They would do a great job and be nice and respectful. I advise you to not bring your items to her shop as I feel she will be rude to you as well and also overcharge you for her services!!! Sincerely, A concerned Batavia Resident!
