   Phil Is My “Go To Guy” Phil has been grooming my shy Sheltie for years. I’m impressed with how compassionate he is with her and all the dogs I’ve seen in his shop. He’s my “go to guy” when I have grooming-related questions and he’s specifically helped me with skunk encounters and my dog’s oral hygiene issues. His customer service is top notch. He’s flexible with pickup and dropoff times and I’ve never had an issue getting her in on a date I’ve requested! Talented, knowledgable, and focused on the needs of the customer--human and canine--what more could you want from a groomer? Barb G. Batavia IL.

  A "MUST GO TO" PLACE!! Phil is wonderful and goes the extra mile for our family's first dog. He not only does a great job caring for our dog and her grooming needs, Phil is so personable, genuinely cares for us and our dog and feels like part of the family. I cannot say enough great things about it. I would recommend Doggie Groom Room to everyone!
